Comeaux's Recipe: Da Way To Boil Crawfish
1. Fill boiling pot with water up to 1/2 level.
2. Bring water to a boil.
3. Drink a cold beer.
4. Add the following seasonings:
a. 1 1/2 pounds of Morton salt.
b. 1 pound of Chinese red pepper.
5. Mix seasonings throughout pot.
6. Add 35 pounds of clean crawfish and 1 block of margarine.
7. Drink a cold beer.
8. Bring back to a boil.
9. Boil an additional 6 to 7 minutes.
10. Remove crawfish and drink a cold beer.
