I am on about my 4th year of turduckens, and became interested in them when John Madden would always talk about them. Now, he looks like he enjoys his food. Got all of them from Cajun Stuff. Introduced my in-laws to one when we were visiting tennessee, and they don't eat anything they can't spell... They loved it anyway, and took off with all the left-overs. I've used them for gifts to special people that have done wonderful things for me. I've introduced folks here in California to them, and now they're asking what I have planned for Christmas/Thanksgiving... hint, can we come to your house to eat! You can't go wrong with one of these, and the gravy that you make from the drippings (hint, use Paul Prudhomme's Gravy and Gumbo Magic mix is... out of this world, and no one can screw that one up, and the flavors are over the top!
