Thank you for a wonderful Thanksgiving treat for a New England family. I ordered on Sunday and was pleasantly surprised that I received the package on Wednesday (as requested) with very little thawing having occurred! The cooking instructions were perfect and produced a very enjoyable meal for 12 people with heaps left over. Even my 95-year-old mother licked the platter clean!
