FEDEX - Holiday Season
The Holidays usually overwhelm FEDEX, so try to avoid inevitable shipping delays by ordering & receiving early deliveries. We recommend placing your order ASAP and make room in your freezer to take delivery as early as possible. If early delivery is not an option, then we suggest adhering to the following shipping schedule.

Cajun Stuff is not responsible for FEDEX shipping delays.

RECEIVING
In the event no one is home to receive your order, we strongly recommend you send your package to a business address to insure delivery. Sending your package to a commercial address will also guarantee a speedy arrival. Please provide a physical address, as Federal Express does not deliver to post office boxes.

PERISHABLE FOODS
To ensure quality satisfaction, each order is packed in a reusable ice chest with a reusable freezer pack - a packaging combination that will insure your products arrive frozen and in excellent condition.

We encourage perishable orders to be delivered to a business or commercial address. CajunStuff, LLC, turducken.com, cajunstuff.com is not responsible or liable for deliveries where the customer is not available to receive the order. All perishable food orders are final. If our Overnight courier fails to deliver your package on time (and your perishables are spoiled), you will receive a refund for your order and shipping charges incurred.

EMAIL NOTIFICATION
After you shop and checkout, you will receive an email notification stating that your order is in process. We will then proceed to pick and pack your order for shipment. Once the order has been shipped, you will be notified via email with a tracking number. For Overnight deliveries, tracking numbers are not provided via email.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
For your convenience, to track your order go to FedEx.com. Simply fill out the FedEx tracking box with your tracking number and receive real time information on when you can expect delivery. Please note, if you have requested overnight delivery you may not receive your tracking number.

BACK-ORDERS
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email asking if you would like to back-order that item, or if you would like us to forward your order immediately. Back-ordered items generally arrive in our warehouse within 1 to 4 days. If you choose to back-order, we will proceed with shipping your original order and will bill your credit card for those items being shipped. After we receive new stock, we will then ship your back-order and will bill your credit card accordingly, along with new shipping charges.

RETURNS
All returns must be unopened and unused and be received within 30 days. Unless the return is due to an error made by CajunStuff, LLC, turducken.com or cajunstuff.com, we cannot refund shipping charges. Due to our quality assurance shipping procedures, we guarantee that all items shipped are in good quality condition. CajunStuff.com will not accept returns or exchanges where the tamper evident seal has been broken (food products).

DAMAGED OR UNUSABLE ITEMS
We take extra precaution in packing your content to ensure it arrives undamaged. In the event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us at sales@cajunstuff.com within 5 business days after receiving your package.

RETURN PROCEDURE
Before returning merchandise, please contact sales@cajunstuff.com to receive a return authorization number (RAN). Include your packing slip with the return authorization number and simply pack your items in the same packaging it was shipped in and return it to:

PLEASE NOTE: All perishable food orders are final. CajunStuff.com will absorb the shipping cost for all damaged merchandise returned.

Allow 15 days from the time you return your package for a full refund to your credit card or exchange of goods. We will notify you via email as soon as the refund or exchange is completed.

Natural Disasters/ Inclement weather: such as Hurricanes, tornados, snowstorms, etc. If for any reason Federal Express cannot deliver a package Due to a natural disaster / Inclement weather And the product is perished Cajun stuff will file a claim with Fed Ex

After Fed Ex investigates the matter and concludes that Fed Ex is at fault, then Cajun Stuff will credit the customer the Amount of the refund received from Fed Ex, no more, no less. All credits will be issued back to the customer after the refund is received by Cajun Stuff LLC, not before.

If after Fed ex investigates the matter and concludes that Fed Ex is not at fault, and refuses to pay a refund on a package/product Then Cajun Stuff LLC is not responsible for any shipping charges in any form or fashion. Cajun Stuff will refund the cost of Product only No more, No Less.
