A There are ( 2 ) different methods in cooking a Breast of Turducken:
1. From frozen method
Remove from Plastic package and place in bottom of baking pan, add approximately 24 ounces of water and 1 tablespoon of Kitchen Bouquet gravy broth, cover edge of pan tightly with aluminum foil. Bake overnight 8 hours @ 250°F. Internal Temp must reach 165°F.
2. Thawing Method
Place in refrigerator overnight, To bake remove from package add approximately 24 ounces of water and 1 tablespoon of Kithcen Bouquet gravy broth, cover the edge of the pan tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 3 1/2 hrs. covered @ 350°F, or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
